Fitness kickboxing has become one of the hottest workouts in America. That's because it teaches you the practical techniques of self-defense in a high energy class that's never boring. Punches, kicks, elbows, knees...all done to music in a fun, exciting way that anyone can learn. Our kickboxing classes reduce fat and tone muscle while releasing stress, tension and frustration. Meets Monday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday at 9:00am and Tuesday/Thursday at 7:30pm.
